Yes. Every project is covered by a mutual NDA signed before work begins. Your name, your concept, and all project details remain strictly confidential. We do not reference client projects in our marketing without explicit written permission.
Every package includes one full revision round after delivery. For ghostwriting, this means a complete pass based on your written feedback. Additional revision rounds are available at an agreed rate, documented in the project proposal before work starts.
Ghostwriting projects are split into three milestones: 33% on project start, 33% at chapter outline approval, and 34% on final delivery. Smaller packages (formatting, listing, editing) are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. All payments are made via invoice.
A standard 60,000–80,000 word novel takes 8–14 weeks from outline approval to final delivery. Turnaround depends on word count, genre complexity, and current project load. Your proposal will include a specific delivery date.
We specialise in genre fiction for the Amazon/KDP market: dark fantasy romance, romantasy, paranormal romance, urban fantasy, and adjacent subgenres. If your project falls outside these areas, we'll tell you honestly during the discovery call rather than take on work we can't execute at the required standard.
Yes. Ghostwriting means the work is entirely yours. You are the author of record. We retain no rights, receive no royalties, and are not credited anywhere on the book. The NDA covers this explicitly.
Absolutely. Many clients start with a formatting or listing optimisation project to see how we work before commissioning a full manuscript. There is no obligation to escalate, and smaller projects are priced and scoped independently.
At minimum: a concept (premise, main characters, genre), your target word count, and any reference books or authors whose style you admire. A partial outline or draft is helpful but not required. We build the full chapter outline together before writing begins.
